[TYPO3-templavoila] Selecting a image as reference from DAM or File in TV ?

Typo3 always copies images. Many people complain about it but this is 
how it works.

As to DAM, there is DAM-TV connector but it is external to TV and 
currently TV does nothing to integrate well with DAM.
