[TYPO3-Solr] tx_solr_file - updating files doesn't work

We do not observe changes that happens outside the TYPO3 CMS functions.
If you change the files then you need to make sure that you take care of
this.

You can certainly create a workaround with a custom schedular script
testing the sha5 of the files.
