[TYPO3-Solr] enableFields / starttime problem with records

it seems to be nearly completely fixed in 2.8.2. But there was still a 
case when the Garbage Collector would delete a record from the index 
queue again, that was previously correctly inserted / updated by the 
Record Monitor.
