[TYPO3-seminars] Can't create new record from the events-module

The attachment seems to have been stripped for the newsgroup post.

However, an empty page usually is a sign of a PHP crash. Can you have a
look in the TYPO3 log?

And also please check that in the EM for mkforms, the caching is enabled.
