[TYPO3-seminars] seminars & onetimeaccount for TYPO3 7LTS released

Hello everybody,

just wanted to let you know that I have released new versions of
seminars, onetimeaccount and oelib to the TER. These versions are now
compatible with TYPO3 7LTS.

Please make sure to read the upgrade notes in the manual before upgrading.
