[TYPO3-seminars] default-values for element-browser

I've once tried to change that behavior, too, but I didn't pursue.

So here's my idea: You may replace the standard element browser - which
is currently used - by a wizard. We are using the wizards in the event
records already.

Instead of using TYPO3's "add wizard" you could use a custom one which
takes care of choosing the right system folder.

I don't know of any built-in way to achieve what you want. It's simply a
missing feature of TYPO3.
