[TYPO3-project-seminars] Wrong charset in the body of notification / thank you-mails

Hi Niels,
I've changed $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['BE']['forceCharset'] = 'utf-8' and
plugin.tx_seminars.charsetForEMails = UTF-8. Now the mail looks like this:

Besides all umlauts on the website where replace by question marks. So I
revoked the changes to utf-8.
Which version (revision) of seminars do you have installed (SVN or TER)?
