[TYPO3-project-seminars] "Book out" a seminar

Hello,

I have two questions:

1: Is there an easy way to set a seminar to "booked out" (ausgebucht)?

2: Is it possible to not only remove "Book now" (Jetzt anmelden) from 
the list view, but to replace it with "booked out" (Ausgebucht)?
