[TYPO3-project-seminars] broken german umlauts in csv export

Hi,

the csv-Export shows broken german umlauts like
€ instead of the Euro-sign € or ö instead of ö
I tried charsetForCsv = ISO 8859-1 instead of utf-8, but nothing changed.
As nobody else has this problem it seems to be my mistake, but what I'm doing wrong?
