Just a wild guess:
- Do you have a page with the Seminar Manager plugin, that is configured
to show the VIP Lists?
- If yes, is this page protected in any way?

If my guesses didn't help: Please provide us with some more details on
your setup. What you are expecting to happen (where?), and what doesn't
happen exactly.
