I don't have a solution for this problem so far. But I also saw this bug
on my dev system and added a bug report on this issue.

Could you add a note on this bug report, stating your PHP, MySQL,
RealURL, TYPO3 and tx_seminars versions? Just to have all information on
one place.

For a short workaround, just disable realUrl. I know, this is no real
solution - but it works out as a temporary workaround.
