[TYPO3-project-seminars] Don't update to TYPO3 4.1.4

Hi all,

as mentioned in the Core list, the recently released TYPO3 4.1.4
introduces a bug which will break localization (for non-English sites)
for the Seminar Manager and many other extensions:

If you are using the 4.1.x branch of TYPO3, please don't upgrade to
4.1.4 yet, but wait for 4.1.5 which is expected be released in a few days.
