[TYPO3-rte] soft returns are deleted when saving

Hi Wolfgang,

It would be due to the configuration of the transformation processing 
options in Page TsConfig.

In particular, br should be present in both lists:
RTE.defaul.proc.allowTags
and
RTE.defaul.proc.entryHTMLparser_db.allowTags

Perhaps you should also set
RTE.defaul.proc.dontConvBRtoParagraph = 1

Why not use the default processing options?
