[TYPO3-rte] RTE does not store soft-hyphens and own class

they are different and same.
both are inserted in the RTE in the BE, but not stored to the database.
if I insert them in the database (phpmyadmin or editing without RTE) all 
is fine and they are shown in the FE, but as soon as I open this CE with 
RTE the next store removes them from the text.

I think it should work. but where is the flaw in my configuration?

inspecting with firebug I can see wether there is a ­ and the class 
would be vissible at once.
