[TYPO3-rte] Can't remove the <p> tags from RTE

Yes, I tried that, I've put his code in my
Template -> Home page edit -> Resources -> TypoScript ConfigurationPage
TSConfig
and it seems not to be working, running typo3 4.5

it's the correct place to put this, right?
