[TYPO3-rte] Remove inline styles

Hi Felix,

The HTMLparser has currently no option to remove an attribute from all 
tags. Therefore, I suppose you would have to configure the fixAttrib for 
every tag.

In TYPO3 4.5, you have the option to change the behaviour of the paste 
operation. Alternate behaviours include pasting as plain text, pasting 
structure only, pasting structure and basic format. For details, see 
TYPO3 BE Help -> TYPO3 Manual -> htmlArea RTE > Clean Paste.

There is a TYPO3 user setting that allows the BE user to change the 
default alternate paste behaviour (this may be overridden in User 
TSconfig). Then, if configured in the RTE toolbar, the user can toggle 
between normal and alternate paste behaviour.

This should allow to clean out MS Word formatting on paste.
