[TYPO3-rte] htmlarea additional class doesnt work

Due to security constraints, the css file must be loaded from the same 
domain as the domain from which the RTE script is loaded.

If you enable troubleshooting mode in the Extension Manager, a log will 
be displayed below the RTE editing area. It should report the base url 
used by the RTE and the url from which it is attempting to load the css 
file.
