[TYPO3-rte] htmlarea additional class doesnt work

Hello,

the problem is following line:

> RTE.default.contentCSS = fileadmin/templates/skins/css/rte.css

if I point it to the typo3conf/ext/ it works.

What could be the problem, I have multiple domains in one installation.
