[TYPO3-rte] remove format: remove html-format removes complete tag

Hi again,

another problem i met:

i have a text with this construction in it:

<p style="margin-bottom: 0.53cm;"><strong>linktext with strong</strong></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0.46cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 0.67cm;">
<br /><br />
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal;"><em>linktext with 
em</em></p>

if I clean up the format with the little button in rte (TYPO3 4.5, 
rtehtmlarea 2.1.5, Firefox 3.6.13) with selection or "all", but only 
want to remove the html-formatting (not the tags!), the result is this:

<p>linktext with strong</p>
<p>
<br /><br />
</p>
<p></p>

=> the "linktext with em" disappears. the "normal" and "strong" 
<p>-content is not touched.

why?
