[TYPO3-rte] Spellchecker personal dictionaries

Hi Andrea,

I don't have any time to look into this until mid-January.

The write to dictionary is in 
typo3/sysext/rtehtmlarea/pi1/class.tx_rtehtmlarea_pi1.php
