[TYPO3-rte] RTE cut and paste issue

This is a bug. Will be resolved in TYPO3 4.5.6. See: 
http://forge.typo3.org/issues/29023
The issue arises in Firefox, but not in IE, Safari or Chrome.

And the second issue is with the scroll bars and drag n drop of image

I don't think so. This is the way all browsers behave.

You can make the RTE resizable in TYPO3 User Settings. Then, you can 
expand the RTE so as to make visible the target position of your image.

If your articles are often long, you can also set the opening height of 
the RTE in User settings, or you can configure the opening height of the 
RTE in Page TSconfig.
