Sorry about that. I did not realize that this was the same problem, 
because it seemed that you were reporting that it appeared after 
upgrading to TYPO3 4.3, while the problem in the bugtracker was reported 
against TYPO3 4.2, and your description of the issue also looked 
different to me.

Anyways, now fixed in the TYPO3 4.3 branch.
