[TYPO3-rte] Click Enlarge feature for RTE not working

Hi Orish

I had this problem too. The problem was that I included 
perfectlightboxjquery _after_ rtehtmlarea. Switching the order of the 
static templates solved it in my case. Hope it works for you too.
