[TYPO3-rte] how to prevent the RTE to "steal" the focus

Yes. This is an IE behaviour when focus is set on the RTE iframe window. 
The problem just got worse with IE8 which has bugs with the selection 
object when focus is not set on the RTE window.

I will be doing some further tests on this focus issue.
