[TYPO3-rte] how to prevent the RTE to "steal" the focus

BTW, the main problem using IE isn't the fact that the focus goes away. The *big* problem is that IE
scrolls down to the RTE field. This is really annoying on TCE forms where the first RTE is on the
*first* tab someway down.
