[TYPO3-RTE] BlockStyle doesn't reset when entering new paragraph

I may be wrong, but I don't think this is new behaviour. Maybe it was 
not so in early versions in Firefox, but I would think it has always 
been the case in IE. This is not a configurable behaviour.
