[TYPO3-rte] Popup dialogs are not styled (filed as bug 11466)

A deep "thank you!" to all you developers and especially to you,
Stanislas.

After trying for a long time I finally have the feeling I've climbed
the hill. Yeah, and now it's a real big pleasure to use - sure - and
even to configure - amazing! - the RTE.

And I always hated the disgusting dialog popup windows I got when
clicking, for instance, the "generate table" button. It took until now
that I found out: This isn't inescapable fate. These dialogs look
quite nice in other browsers. 

I could spot the line in htmlarea.js where it goes wrong but I'm
afraid I can't present a fix. I've filed a bug report here:
