[TYPO3-RTE] RTE not loading

Now I have found out from the access.log that this is the only thing it 
does when it loads
it loads
wizard_rte.php
/t3skin/rtehtmlarea/htmlarea.css
rtehtmlarea/res/contentcss/default.css
t3skin/rtehtmlarea/htmlarea-edited-content.css

So I found out that something is not loading, I think it must be some 
javascript. Maybe it is blocked in the server or something.
