[TYPO3-RTE] RTE not loading

This is so strange, no it is enabled everywhere, this installation is no 
different from my at home installation, except mine works.
It has something to do with my service provider setup.
zend, cache, something not allowed to run, but I can't figure it out what 
is wrong and either can my service provider.
So strange nobody have experienced this before.
