[TYPO3-rte] External links become relative

I don't think this would work - Imagine someone inserts a tt_news record 
from domain1.com, which contains a link to domain1.com. After analyzing 
the rootline, the link will become relative. If that record is rendered 
on domain2.com, the link will be broken.

Why can't an external link stay as is?
