[TYPO3-RTE] Alignment of table cells and other format options

Hi!

The new default settings use classes for horizontal cell aligning (but
not for vertical aligning *). This is fine for fans of "strict".
Unfortunately I cannot hide the alignment classes. Can I at least
re-order the class drop down so that my classes are on top of the list?

* Why is this done by inline style and not via valign attribute or
class? This is the least favourable way for me because it doesn't alllow
me to remove style. I like to do this to free myself from word processor
cruft that comes from the clipboard.
