[TYPO3-RTE] no links in TYPO3 4.2.2 or 4.2.3

Hi,

thanks for the great rte.

But since version TYPO3 4.2.2 I can't generate a link in the rte. 

In firebug I get these two error messages: 


initDialog is not defined
onload(load )tab.js (Linie 1)


link_typo3Page is not defined
onclick(click clientX=115, clientY=292)browse_l...A7A%3D%3D (Linie 2)
return link_typo3Page("1402");


With TYPO3 4.2.1 eyerything is fine.

I'm happy about every hint to solve the problem :-)
