if you want to link to external images you have to define in a pageTS or
userTS
RTE.default.proc.	dontFetchExtPictures = 1

this will be the default configuration of the next tinymce_rte release and
inserting external images is really easy with TinyMCE.

yeah, the TinyMCE part should work quite fine, but we would need to
completely modify the transformation...

hmm, shouldn't be that hard replacing all [b] with <strong>...
ok maybe it won't get the [b] as tag then it would be hard...
