[TYPO3-RTE] How to change image border from thin to 1px ?

Hi

On of my customers wants to have borders around his images, but as
"thin" gives 2px in IE6, we want to change it to "1px".In previous version i have edited a file under mod4, and changed thin to
1px there, but this has changed after the upgrade to 4.1.7, and I am
not able to find where it is defined in the new version.Can anybody point me in the right direction ?
