[TYPO3-RTE] Context menu doesn't work

Hi

In one installation context menu doesn't work with tinyrte.

Typo 4.1.1 and tinyrte 1.5.10. and context menu enabled in TS config for 
users

I had almost identic installation - same Typo3 version, same tinyrte 
version, same TS config for user and the same config for tinyrte and the 
same plugins - and context menu works fine. Because there is no 
remarkable difference between installations, I can't figure what's the 
problem.
