[TYPO3-RTE] RTE usage in front end: how can I change the editor size?

I have the HTMLArea editor working in the front end.  Fine.  But how can 
I set the options of this editor?  I would like to make the edit window 
larger and I would like to hide some buttons.

The RTE manual has some information about front end usage but nothing 
about setting options in that mode.
