[TYPO3-RTE] Internal links in htmlarea

Did you set the db mount ? The user needs a db mount that is a root page 
to all the pages that you wish them to see in the linking pop up for rte.
I put all my users in a common be group and set the db mount for that 
group. You could also do this for each user.
The RTE dosent seem to have any such settings, which makes sense because 
it just follows the usual permission system.
