Looks fine. Use the default "Typical" default configuration, and do not 
override it in any way in Page TSConfig until everything works.

Your problem looks like a FE rendering configuration problem. Including 
hx in external blocks does not look right to me.

Perhaps you can get help in the tt_news newsgroup.
