[TYPO3-RTE] HTML erea not loading when adding new content elment in frontend editing mode

Hi guys,

I have one problem. When adding a new element in frontend editing mode 
the editor does not load. In the backend, editing and adding elements 
works. In FE editing mode just the editing works. Any ideas ?

I use typo3. Tried firefox and IE.
