[TYPO3-RTE] Links generated with HTMLArea doesn't get translated by realURL

I have the same problem on 3.7.0. I can give you a temporary fix on
this. Don't add a "title" (means: remove the default title "Opens internal
link in current window"). If the title attribute is set, typo3 will not 
trans-
late the <a href="?id=10#42"> to <LINK - internal-link 10#42>. If
the "title" attribute is not set at all, my installation will work as 
expected.

This is not a bug in htmlarea. Htmlarea just uses a feature not supported
by the typo3 parser.
