Until TYPO3 4.0 is released, I suggest adding the following to your Page 
TSConfig:

RTE.default.proc.entryHTMLparser_db.tags.a.fixAttrib.title.unset = 1

This should eliminate any title attribute on <a> tags which should then 
be treated as typolinks.
