[TYPO3-RTE] "Bug" in the online manual at TYPO3.org

Looks like there's a TOC error somewhere in the online manual for HTMLArea..
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/rtehtmlarea/

Every click on links that points to the "0.2 Users manual" part of the 
manual, doesn't display the manual, but returns you to the TOC.
(Happens on all pages under the 0.2 section of the manual)
