Why is the url not found? File rtehtmlarea/mod1/popup.php should exist. 
Perhaps the path is incorrect? The path is updated in 
rtehtmlarea/mod1/conf.php by the Extension manager when you import the 
extension. Perhaps the extension is incorrectly installed?
