[TYPO3-RTE] RTE doesn't load after switching from 0.7.2 to 1.1.1

Oh, the browser cache thingy again. It's so easy to forget, but 
everytime I upgrade the RTE I have to clear the browser cache.

Any ideas to resolve this issue? My idea is to move ALL of the js-code 
into cached/hashed files. Obviously the RTE version must be part of the 
hash.
