[TYPO3-RTE] hr is wrapped

Hi list,

on the way to valid code i have one problem

when i use <hr /> it is wrapped in p-tags.

I used in setup this:

lib.parseFunc_RTE.nonTypoTagStdWrap.encapsLines.encapsTagList = cite, div,
p, pre, hr, h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6

but it doesn't work if i insert the hr from button (line), it works if i 
write it in the source manually.

Any advice ?
