[TYPO3-RTE] htmlarea and lib.parseFunc_RTE configuration

Well, I change settings of lib.parseFunc and by...

lib.parseFunc_RTE >
lib.parseFunc_RTE < lib.parseFunc

...I simply make sure that lib.parseFunc and lib.parseFunc_RTE have the 
same settings afterwards.
