[TYPO3-RTE] rtehtmlarea and linkvars

Hi

I use rtehtmlarea 1.1.3 and typo3 3.8.1, the website has 4 website langs 
de, en, fr, it

Now the problem is, if a put internat links to other sites at typo3 and 
the lang parameter for example "L=de" will not created with the link.

the link sould index.php?id=318&L=de
but it is index.php?id=318
(this problem is quit the same as at the old rte inside the tables)

do you have a solution for this?
