[TYPO3-RTE] what changes my outside links? RTEmagic? iframe?

Hello list, 

	I wanted to include in my text content an outside link from my flickr account, but somehow RTE changes the url to uploads/RTEmagic*.jpg file location... but I don't want it saved there to save storage space from my webhost. 

	How do I prevent RTE from changing my <a > tags for my images? 

	Also, I could not insert <iframe src= ... to RTE, it displays the content as a literal plain text and not html, but I wanted it as html, is this possible? I wanted to add a blog post (tt_news & timtab) with an iframe from wikimapia ( <iframe src="http://wikimapia.org/s/#y=14565236&x=121024489&z=17&l=0&m=a" frameborder="0" height="400" width="400"></iframe> ). Only in plain html content that this one works... 

	I'm using typo3 4.0 and 1.4.1 RTE btw.
