[TYPO3-realty] Database Question

Hello,

in tx_realty_objects fields like living_area are stored as TINYTEXT 
instead of DECIMAL. To cast this values as DECIMAL I have to break
with extbase QOM.

Is there a chance that you will change this data types in future 
versions or is there a reason why you use this data types?
I have tried to enter a string in frontend realty editor and got
an error, which told me to enter a number. So, I think it would be 
possible to change these data types.
