[TYPO3-realty] Change fields in fe-editor

Hi Folks,

I'm overall pretty new to this whole typo3 and realty stuff. Unfortunately I have to ask some Questions about the Extension itself and the ways to extend its functions.
First of all I need to find a way to edit the Fields of the Frontend-Editor. In general I need to change some fields labels and appearance (e.g. dropdown instead of textfield).A few Values are obsolete, too.
Is there an easy way to edit, add or delete the formfields itself (Like a checkbox that says "show this or that item in Frontend Editor" or "add new Field with the type of Dropdown and use this Dataset as Fieldvalues ) ? That would be awesome.

I hope you guys can help me.
